1.  Privacy

The Customer agrees to LBG collecting, using, and disclosing personal information about them and all other travellers by providing LBG with personal information. The Customer acknowledges that LBG may share personal information with outside service providers and with recipients who are located abroad under specific conditions (such as when the Customer asks LBG to arrange travel). Government authorities and other agencies in charge of the relevant security or other measures, as well as travel service providers (such as airlines, transportation companies, lodging providers, and tour operators) with whom the Customer wishes to make a reservation, may be considered recipients of this type of information. Most of the time, personal information about travellers is obtained in the nation where travel service providers are headquartered or where they will be rendering services.

2. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions

 LBG retains the right and authority to alter or amend these Conditions in whole or in part whenever it sees fit.

3. Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Cayman Islands that are applicable therein shall govern and interpret these Conditions and respectful courts with the authority to hear appeals from them shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or regarding these Conditions or the Services, including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Conditions.
